  Went here today on a recommendation from my personal mechanic who works out of his house. My personal mechanic told me exactly what needed to be done to my car to fix my exhaust system and about what it SHOULD cost, but my mechanic did not have the part or a lift to do the work himself so he sent me here..... Meineke took my car inside the shop right away, analyzed what I needed and recommended exactly what my personal mechanic said had to be done. They could have embellished a bit to raise the price, but gave me honest, great, quick and reasonable service. Owner even lowered his original estimate when he said they could re-use the old bolts. This Meineke seems like a throwback to an old-time shop. Small and dirty with no fancy showroom or customer waiting area. But, I will trade that for trustworthy service any-day. I recommend giving them a shot at your next service.

  Horrible place, worst customer service, I had an appointment scheduled when I get to the service center a older gentleman that barely speaks english tells me, it’s to late we close in 30 min. Unprofessional, stay away, save your time and money.
