  Was in town to visit my girlfriend, and we dropped into a saturday WOD and I came back on a monday. Got a chance to meet Bill and Jess, the owners on sat. They were so welcoming to my girlfriend and myself! Bill even followed up with a call the next day to see how our experience was! That has only happened once before in the 10+ other boxes around the US I've dropped in at over the last year since starting CF! When I can back today, I did a WOD with coach Taf, and he really helped clean up some of my Oly technique, and was a great coach. The box itself is well equipped and clean. If I were a local, I would definitely have this on my short list to call my home box! The other members were also extremely welcoming!
